After completing your application online, please send your signed safety release with a check for $25.00 payable to UMMC, to Laura Penhale, 131 Spring Ridge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

Each member of the UMMC is expected to volunteer, participate and share their ideas and talents. Club activities require member support, which may include planning, set-up, phone calls, baking, cleaning up, or serving on the board.
