Each member of the UMMC is expected to volunteer, participate and share their ideas and talents. Club activities require member support, which may include planning, set-up, phone calls, baking, cleaning up, or serving on the board.

Safety Release What would happen if someone was injured at a club event? Would the club, or worse, the person in charge of the event be responsible? We decided to ask a lawyer. He advised, for the protection of all club members, that parents must be responsible for the safety and behavior of their own child, and members should sign an acknowledgement of that statement. We have included this in our bylaws. In order to participate in the club and to protect yourself and friends, all members must accept this acknowledgement by clicking "I Accept" below. I hereby agree that I will not litigate any claims against the Mother’s Club, its members, or officers, nor will I attempt to hold the Mother’s Club, its members, or officers liable for any harm that is encountered by my child(ren) during any activities sponsored by the Mother’s Club.
