Member Activities
We rely on the participation of all our members to make the group successful and lots of fun! Join our members-only Facebook group for upcoming event details. We provide the following activities:
Moms Events
Our free or low-cost monthly events are often held at a member's home or a business in the community. Take part in events like fitness classes, a moms-only holiday party, educational sessions, dessert parties, moms nights out, and more.
Kids Events
We plan events for both younger babies/toddlers and older children. Past events have included a nature program, touring the Upper Merion police station, Treehouse World Adventure Park, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, arts and crafts, a fall hayride, and our annual children's holiday party.​​
Community Outreach
Despite our hectic lives, we all strive to give both at home and beyond. Each year we find ways for our members to help the community in simple ways that mean so much to others. Projects have included America's Adopt a Soldier program; Adopt a Family; and UMASD's Mitten program, which sponsors hundreds of gifts for underprivileged children over the winter season. ​​
Family Support
The purpose of the Family Support Coordinator is to rally support for UMMC members during times of need. By lending a helping hand, we strengthen the community bond within the Club. If you know of a member who has had a baby, death in the family, or is otherwise in need of support, please complete the support form or email

Book Club
A subgroup of the club, Novel Moms, meets every month to discuss a book. We alternate every other month between online and in-person book chats.​​
Playgroups
Playgroups are a fantastic way to meet other mothers and kids here in Upper Merion. Our playgroups are planned to meet the needs of our members. They may meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and include all ages or can be planned for specific age ranges. They may take place at members' homes, local parks, or other fun places. Fundraising
Our May Dinner is the club's big annual fundraiser with amazing raffles from local businesses, great food, drinks, and friends. Throughout the year, other fundraisers, like restaurant nights in the area, help us better support the Upper Merion community. See the list of May Dinner sponsors here. ​
UM Moms' Summer Pool Club

This subgroup of the club facilitates community pool meetups and keeps members apprised of what’s going on, including how crowded the pool is! ​
Upper Merion Mothers' Club Yard Sale Group
In this subgroup of the Club, members can buy and sell new and gently used items. Note: In our private Facebook group, donations are allowed to be offered, but selling is not permitted.​​
